    The constant pressure to buy a time share

    "This was a lovely resort with lots to do."

    If y'all don't mind climbing stairs this is a lovely place. Our room was on the 3rd flooring so we had to behave heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs.

    This resort is wonderful. It is located in a nice area and has all the amenities at home. When we went to our rooms nosotros had to go back out to bear the residuum of our baggage upwards and locked ourselves out. Russell was wonderful when we went upfront and helped u.s. rapidly so we could continue going and have a nifty day.

    The marketplace didn't have any options for breakfast or ran out of items as nosotros got to society our food. No dairy free options or meatless options. The staff could use some training in customer service as they seemed annoyed past us asking them questions about what's available.

    Really like the cleanliness, civilities, puddle was very make clean, close to disney.

    "Very comfortable for a family of 4! Nearby at Outlets and Disney's Area."

    some amenities such gym, and cafeteria were closed for refurbish, and we haven't been notified before reservation. Anyway nosotros had to accept the car and get to other areas of the sheraton for supplies. Not a big problem but it would be better if we were notified

    The size of the apartment fits great for our family. its a comfortable two+2, with a dining area and living room. We didn't employ the balcony due the weather. But information technology has a nice view to a little lagoon.

    "We had a great stay and enjoy our fourth dimension at the resort. Nosotros would come again."

    The sink bleed in the master bath was boring and backed upwards h2o. We were busy and didn't call this in. This is minor and can be fixed easily. The AC was inconsistent during the night and the room would get very hot. Also we prefer daily room service.

    The condo has plenty of space for my family. We like the two bedroom, two bathroom and full kitchen accommodation which was important for longer stays. The pool and landscaping was great! Nosotros also like how the facilities are close to Disney and other attractions and y'all are in a gated resort.

    "Overall, good time with family unit."

    It became a little frustrating when trying to reach invitee services and no one answers and have to exit a message.

    Some parts of the kitchen were unclean and we kept getting small insects and flies appearing inside. The pool area was extremely busy despite. being Feb. I wouldn't want to try and find a lounger in Summer!!

    Entrance blocked due to road construction. Not your mistake. Simply thing that I could say.

    My male parent was an owner. I dearest this expanse and your resort. I do not want the commitment of ownership. But, we love coming here. Loved our villa.

    "it was only a brusk stay ( two full days ) and unfortunately it rained non stop on one of those days but we had stayed bef"

    Lighting in room very poor especially in bedroom which only had ane ligyt. 1 side of bed had no table or low-cal.

    I did not like the bedding in the 2nd bedroom double beds. The comforter (blanket?) was not enclosed and the inside filling would autumn out. It was piece of cake to get tangled in the extra. Just the mattress was comfortable. The shower was not as clean as I feel it should have been.

    Plenty of room. Kitchen was good. The sofa bed was prissy. The view was squeamish from the balcony (ducks swimming in the pond).

    The price could be a little more friendly simply in that location isn't much of anything that I didn't similar.

    Were disappointed that the pool by our property was closed. Found some other one close by simply pretty crowded.

    Had all the civilities we needed. Would advise more kitchen towels and a set of pot holders. Rooms were spacious and comfortable

    Never got hot water, can't get food delivered to room from on property eating house. Pizza was horrible.

    Very nice place right between Disney and Universal, definitely exceeded our expectations, with a nice heated pool. Had a leak from the dishwasher which was taken intendance of promptly, so good maintenance.

    That we had to leave

    I loved the access to the pools our room was close past. The villas are very spacious we had a two bedroom. It well-nigh felt like a second abode.

    Nothing to dislike

    VERY convenient to Disney World and other nearby attractions such as Kennedy Space Middle. Too property has many pools that were heated and not crowded.
